Regulations

In Italy, current regulations require that all guests (including minors and infants) intending to stay in a hotel must present a valid identification document, as stated in Article 109 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security (TULPS). Furthermore, minors may only stay if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or by an adult with written authorization, as indicated on the website of the State Police.
